- Utilize HubSpot CRM to track account performance, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Present account performance data and insights to clients, including NPS / CSAT survey results.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and new business development.
- Lead the sales process for assigned accounts, from initial engagement through contract execution.
- Maintain accountability for overall client satisfaction by seeking regular input and feedback.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and adherence to budget.
