If so, Enable, Inc in Bismarck ND is looking for you! We are currently seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team and provide top-notch care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a DSP at Enable, Inc, you will be responsible for providing direct care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. Your duties will include assisting clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence and community integration, implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

Open Shifts:

Full time: Split shift, mornings 6 am to 10 am and 2:00 pm - 8 pm and every other weekend

Full Time: Split shift, mornings 6 am to 10 am and 3:00 pm -10 pm and every other weekend

Part Time: 6 am - 10 am and every other Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 7 pm

Part Time: 3 pm- 9m and every other Saturday and Sunday 10am t0 10 pm

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in direct care settings preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record as defined by Enable, Inc's policy
• Clear background checks as defined by regulations and policies
• Ability to lift as least 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
