Job Description :
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. Your primary duties will include assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and promoting independence and community integration. In addition, you will be responsible for documenting and reporting any changes in behavior or health to the appropriate individuals.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong commitment to person-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A background in human services or a related field is preferred, but not required. Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional is a plus. Must pass a background check and have a drivers license.

Second shift : 3 pm - 10 pm & every other Saturday & Sunday 10 am - 10 pm
Split Shift : 6 - 9 am & 3- 9 pm & every other Saturday & Sunday 9 am -10 pm
Seven days on Seven days off : 7- 10 : 30 am & 3 -9 pm splits & every other Friday & Saturday 10 am - 10 pm
