As a Part Time Direct Support Professional, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
• Assisting with tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and transportation
• Building meaningful relationships with the individuals you support
• Creating a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals
• Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

We are looking for candidates who are compassionate, patient, and have a strong desire to help others. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Part-time day shift : Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 8:30am to 5:30 pm and every 2nd and 4th weekend working 4 to 8 hours a day

Part-time Saturday & Sunday 9 am - 4pm every other weekend

Part-time Saturday & Sunday 9 am - 9 pm every other weekend

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in direct support roles preferred but not required
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
