Job Description

Enable, Inc is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated PT Direct Support Professional to join our team in Bismarck, ND. The PT Direct Support Professional will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
• Implement individualized support plans and goals
• Facilitate community outings and activities
• Promote independence and self-advocacy
• Document and communicate individual progress and any concerns to the supervisory team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Open Shifts:

Part-time mornings 6am to 9am and every other Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 9 pm

Part-time mornings 6am to 10am and every other Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 7 pm

Part-time 3pm - 9 pm and every other Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 10 pm

$18.00 - $19.50 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Requirements:

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Complete required training and certifications
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
