- Pursuing a Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related Engineering degree
- Ability to participate as a team member
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc.
- Qualifications including Installation, Operational, and Process/Performance (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Gage Reliability and Reproducibility Studies (GR&Rs)
- Equipment Design and Sourcing
- Process Design, Improvement, and Flow
- Time Studies and Efficiency Studies
- Creating Work Instructions and Process Specifications
- Building devices and troubleshooting the assembly line
- Operator Training and Compliance
