Human Resources Manager

The human resources team is an integral part of upholding the Enabled Intelligence values and culture in all areas of the business while ensuring compliance and regulations are met. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the Chief People Officer to support company success and growth.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations including preparing required compliance reports per the government mandated schedule
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
- Serve as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions or concerns
- Collaborate with Chief People Officer on process improvements
- Partner with team supervisors and managers on team member performance issues
- Create and deliver training
- Provide insight and guidance to team supervisors, managers and leadership on HR policies, performance management and culture
- Assist in upholding the Enabled Intelligence culture
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of previous HR experience at a federal government contractor
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws including OFCCP
- Previous experience preparing required federal contractor compliance reporting
- Previous full lifecycle recruitment experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people with unique communication, learning and working styles in a culture focused on inclusion
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Active Secret Clearance
- Previous experience helping a small company through a period of growth
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources
- SHRM-CP
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Clearance
- Applicants selected will be subject to background investigation and are required to meet eligibility to obtain a security clearance
Work Location
- Enabled Intelligence headquarters in Falls Church, VA with occasional travel to the Enabled Intelligence St. Louis office.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
