Join the EnActe School of Drama Family as a Teaching Artist
Position : Teaching Artist (Teaching Instructor)
Compensation : $40-$60 per hour (DOE) Benefits
Location : On-site at San Jose & other Bay Area locations
Your Role & Impact
As a Teaching Artist with ESoD, you will guide young performers (ages 5-14) on their artistic journey by :
- Helping them find their authentic voice and creative spark.
- Building their confidence and ability to perform publicly.
- Developing essential life skills through theatrical training.
- Creating magical moments of discovery and growth.
Our courses cater to students of all levels, combining classic theatrical training with a focus on confidence-building, emotional awareness, and public speaking. Using the 3 Ps—Presentation, Perception, and Persuasion—we create a dynamic environment where students not only refine their creative and technical skills but also enhance their social-emotional intelligence.

Transportation : Reliable transportation is a must, as you’ll be commuting to different teaching locations.
