Job Overview
Responsible for providing overall professional and friendly customer service to customers.
Duties
Assisting customers inquiries and requests via email, phone and in person.
Answering questions about company's products and direct sales business model.
Processing orders and transactions.
Delivering information about company's promotions, events and sales campaigns.
Providing proactive customer outreach.
Handling customer complaints in an empathic and professional manner.
Handling inventory reporting on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
May also include any other office related duties.
