Job Overview
Working 20 hours a week with being responsible for the overall support and customer service to our distributors and end users by creating meetings and demos, and answering questions via email, phone and in person. Representative is responsible to communicate and build relationships with local distributors.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with Branch Managers with updating memos in Client Management with details of sales communication with customers/distributors.
- Reach out to newly registered distributors to welcome them to business opportunities, invite them to zoom meetings, ask them to register for texting service, etc.
- Create new meetings/demos to increase sales
- Local Branches are focused on daily sales targets and production
- Request Inventory and handle inventory control for filters, enhancers, machines, ukon
- Declined lists for supplement products and cancellation lists/ explain the importance of keeping supplement products active
- Assist Branch Manager with holding Demos in/out of office/zoom.
- Deliver information about Campaigns/events to distributors
Qualification
- High School Education
- Entry Level Experience
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
