Company Overview:
Join a leading organization where you will play a crucial role as an Electrical Technician, responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and performing repairs and planned maintenance on equipment. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, contributing to our business goals and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate basic equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs.
- Perform planned maintenance (PM), safety, and environmental inspections.
- Maintain effective customer relations through daily communications and follow-up.
- Implement customer facility contracts, supporting business goals and objectives.
- Assist more and less experienced technicians on basic and complex repairs.
- Work collaboratively with the local team to provide efficient service delivery.
- Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries as scheduled.
- Ensure proper care of spares, tools, and test equipment, including calibration.
- Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes, and procedures.
- Meet all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Criteria & Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of one-year experience or equivalent formal training in maintaining electronics or electromechanical equipment.
- Previous experience developing and maintaining good customer relations.
- Trade certificate required or equivalent training.
