About the Role:
Join our dynamic project team as a Financial Controls Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in facilitating timely invoice processing and work order maintenance. Under the guidance of the Supervisor of Project Controls, you will ensure efficient financial operations and contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process a high volume of invoices and resolve invoicing issues directly with service suppliers and Project Control Analysts (PCAs).
- Manage contract and purchase order entry and revisions.
- Assist in holdback management, accruals reporting, and project status reporting.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet target service levels.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Work Order Requesters to resolve invoice issues.
- Run and report the OBI Aging Report monthly for the Project Control Coordinator.
- Identify and revise purchase orders as needed upon receipt of invoices.
Qualifications:
- Preferred background in accounting or finance with a degree (associate's degree acceptable).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a background in customer service.
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
