Enbridge is actively seeking a Senior Advisor to join our measurement team and lead the gas quality analysis programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining standards, solving challenges, leading the measurement industry, and providing technical support and guidance to improve the existing and future measurement facilities for the Gas Transmission & Midstream Business Unit.

What You Will Do :
- Develop, maintain, revise, and consolidate Company standards, specifications, and procedures related to gas quality analysis according to Company and industry best practices and the latest governmental regulations.
- Provide guidance and technical support on a broad range of gas quality analysis and lab related functions including gas chromatographs, continuous gas analyzers, extended spot analysis, round robin quality assurance, gas quality calculations, odorization, and glycol analysis.
- Subject Matter Expert on regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance (ie : API, AGA, GPA, Measurement Canada, PHMSA, BSEE, BLM, TX RRC, etc.)
- Lead and support task groups related to incidents, technical issues, and continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in and lead industry committees and associations on behalf of the Company.
- Provide technical support for Field Operations, Asset Management, Asset Integrity, Reliability, Process Safety, Projects, Legal, Business Development, Environmental, Safety, Management, and other groups to resolve challenges and to interpret and follow Company standards.
- Evaluate, test, and approve new gas quality equipment.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to :
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to : understand, remember and apply oral and / or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate / explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
