Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control plant operations, using computer-based plant interface (HMI), to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspections of equipment, to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager to develop and implement process improvements and optimize plant performance.
- Document and report operating parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of plant performance.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications used in industrial settings.
