Job Description
This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, with their hands, and are comfortable with physical labor.
Responsibilities
- Follow field maintenance procedures and design standards, utilizing proper HDPE welding techniques, well pump installation techniques, equipment operation procedures, and extending gas wells.
- Fuse poly pipe, trench, and walk on sloped hills around wells while collecting data from wells.
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly, understanding and troubleshooting field processes, performing field maintenance duties, operating heavy equipment, and adhering to construction safety guidelines.
Maintenance and Updates
- Accurately maintain and update field logs, databases, and compliance forms.
Identification and Communication
- Identify and communicate field safety hazards and process issues.
Engagement
- Engage in continual education, fellow employee training, innovation, and continual improvement.
Shop and Storage Standards
Maintain shop, storage, and UTV housekeeping standards.
Schedule
- Work hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.
- Participate in on-call duties on a rotating schedule.
Excellent benefits package and competitive hourly wage ($20-$24).
