We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst to join our team!
The successful candidate can work out of our Akron Springside Office or our Cleveland 55th Center office. Occasional work at each office is expected.
What You Will Do
This role will prepare, analyze, and present billing and revenue reporting for business processes.
Minimum Requirements (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications):
Include but not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Include but not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

What You Will Do
This role will prepare, analyze, and present billing and revenue reporting for business processes.
- Support the definition and development of performance metrics; analyze and recommend data collection process improvements; and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics.
- Identify and implement better work and business processes.
- Support the development of programs and implementation of automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies.
- Support the large volume billing systems and transportation services activities and interact with the following departments: Rates and Regulatory, Accounting and Taxes. Support for other departmental areas (Measurement/Transportation Services) will be required.
- Analyze data from various sources including billing systems, organizing that data and providing that information to several departments.
- Prepare and learn new reports on an as needed basis.
- Communicate directly to internal and external customers is a requirement of this position.
Minimum Requirements (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications):
- 2 years of directly related work experience with Bachelor’s degree; or
- 3 years of directly related work experience with Associate’s degree; or
- 5 years of directly related work experience with an HS/Technical/GED.
- Understanding of accounting principles.
- Directly related experience can include analyzing data, customer relations, customer service, and/or any similar experience.
