What You Will Do
- Responsible for employee and overall warehouse safety by ensuring adherence to safety policies, training, and practices as well as oversight of maintenance and improvements to support a safe working environment.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and procedures related to both Supply Chain and local Operations as they relate to warehouse operations.
- Ensures organizational objectives are translated into the group’s activities; and ensuring integration with the work of other stakeholders in the Business Unit.
- Coaching/mentoring/motivating staff.
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting spare parts and assets to stakeholders and company facilities.
- Related university degree and six or more years of relatable experience OR a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Supply Chain or field Operations experience considered an asset.
- Strong working knowledge and capabilities of using Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Oracle, Maximo and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries.
- Demonstrated communication and leadership skills.
- Combination of office and warehouse environment with occasional visits to regional operations facilities within Canada and United States.
- Moderate travel to local suppliers and other Enbridge locations within the US – up to 25%

- Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
- Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000 USD
