Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Marketing Planning : Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals to drive immediate brand awareness and growth.
  • Campaign Management : Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, and print) to engage target audiences and generate leads.
  • Content Creation : Lead the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
  • Market Research : Quickly analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
  • Event Coordination : Organize and execute trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to showcase products and drive customer engagement.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics : Monitor marketing activities and analyze data to measure effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Budget Management : Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives.

  • Technical Proficiency : Experience with digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, social media ads) and tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and pivoting as needed.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • 5 years in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results quickly.
  • B2B marketing experience, especially in the manufacturing or transportation sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
