- Serve as a point of contact for team members, offering guidance on daily tasks, priorities, and best practices.
- Assist in communicating production goals, expectations, and updates from supervisors to employees.
- Help troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols, identifying and addressing potential concerns.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support a positive team environment by fostering collaboration and problem-solving.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as needed to support production activities.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
