Production Lead - Organization & Finishing

Job Summary

The Production Lead - Organization & Finishing plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations within Organization & Finishing. While this role does not include supervisory responsibilities or direct reports, the Lead serves as a valuable resource for team members, providing guidance and support in achieving daily goals. Acting as a liaison between employees and supervisors, the Production Lead helps facilitate communication, relay important updates, and ensure that workflow processes align with company standards and expectations.

• Serve as a point of contact for team members, offering guidance on daily tasks, priorities, and best practices.
• Assist in communicating production goals, expectations, and updates from supervisors to employees.
• Help troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols, identifying and addressing potential concerns.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Support a positive team environment by fostering collaboration and problem-solving.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new employees by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as needed to support production activities.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems is a plus.

The salary range reflected on the job positing is our good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. While we do not typically hire at the top of the salary range, initial offers are based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth and increases over time.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
