Sky Zone Trampoline Park is the world's first indoor trampoline park, dedicated to providing an exciting and safe environment for people of all ages. With our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we have rapidly grown, and we're now seeking TWO dynamic and experienced General Managers to oversee our Waukesha, WI location.

ENC is the parent organization to this Sky Zone location. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and we’re always working to invent epic new ways to play, gather, and compete.

Position Overview:
As a General Manager at Sky Zone, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the park. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the park delivers an exceptional and safe experience for guests while achieving financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to individual team members, ensuring overall operational excellence.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, safety, and cleanliness, maintaining Sky Zone's commitment to providing a positive and memorable experience for guests.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional marketing strategies, drive sales initiatives, and promote special events to boost attendance and revenue.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce operational standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of each location, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a successful multi-unit manager, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large teams.
• Knowledge of the entertainment and leisure industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
