Georgia Pacific has an immediate opening for a Storeroom Leader at our G*P facility in Talladega, AL*
(3-6 month assignment)
Weekly Pay
Duties
- Managing all aspects of maintenance
- Repair and operating (MRO) inventory to include but not limited to receiving in parts
- Labeling, put aways, issuing parts, picking parts, cycle counting
- Arranging shipping of parts to other facilities and housekeeping of stores areas
- Operate a sit down Forklift
- Pushing, Pulling and Bending and lifting up to 50 LBS
- Operate a computer utilizing Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Microsoft Outlook
- Providing
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 LBS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Inventory experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work overtime as requested by manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strategic Inventory Management
