What We Expect :
Restaurant Operations Oversight
- Ensure high-quality food and service, adhering to established standards; safeguard restaurant sales with a sense of urgency, friendliness, and professionalism.
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere with attentive and courteous service.
- Be knowledgeable about the market and local surroundings.
- Regularly assess service quality through audits and guest / employee feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards for the facility.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance.
- Utilize basic computer applications and POS systems effectively.
- Drive standards in daily operations.
- Inspire, inspect, and inform restaurant staff daily.
General Executive Management
Financial and P&L Adherence
Standards & Safety Compliance
Have a comprehensive understanding of California labor and hiring laws. Maintain and adhere to in-house safety programs, conducting monthly health inspections. Follow cleanliness standards and guidelines for food safety, while committing to sourcing locally and promoting diversity in the kitchen.
