Pay Rate: $16.50 Per Hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of an E-Commerce Fulfilment Associate:
- Ensure all merchandise is allocated to the correct customer order
- Inspect garments to ensure quality and verify all tags are attached and items have the correct SKU
- Properly process defective/ faulty merchandise
- Ensure quality, delivery and other objectives are met
- Maintain a clean work environment by keeping area free of trash and products in correct locations
- Prepare and pack orders according to Company standards, including processing UPS shipping labels on boxes
Work Environment:
- The Associate will spend time in the warehouse or loading dock receiving and transporting deliveries
- Moderate to heavy physical labor such as lifting and moving heavy items (at least 20lbs or more) and the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time are both required on a regular basis to perform this job
- The use of carts, dollies, hand trucks or other gear may be required to move items around.
- Temperature in the warehouse or dock varies according to external climate.
