Job Title: Inventory Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing online orders, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping merchandise while maintaining quality standards. You will play a key part in the order fulfillment process, working in a fast-paced environment to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.
Pay Rate: $16.50
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all merchandise is allocated to the correct customer order
- Inspect garments to ensure quality and verify all tags are attached and item have the correct SKU
- Properly process defective/ faulty merchandise
- Ensure quality, delivery and other objectives are met
- Maintain a clean work environment by keeping area free of trash and product in correct locations
- Prepare and pack orders according to company standards, including processing UPS shipping labels on boxes
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Team-oriented, cooperative environment.
- Safety gear (gloves, vests) may be required.
