Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

Enchanted Beauty Plastic Surgery is a new plastic surgery practice in Katy, TX, dedicated to providing exceptional care and transformative results for our patients. Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Patient Care Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their journey, from the initial consultation to post-operative care. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each patient feels informed, supported, and valued throughout their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

- Schedule and manage patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.

- Provide detailed information about surgical procedures, recovery processes, and available treatments.

- Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

-Provide a customized quote along with payment options.

- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.

- Assist in the preparation of patient documentation and medical records.

- Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care instructions.

- Follow up with prospective patients via phone, text and email.

- Monitor patient feedback and work to improve the overall patient experience.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Previous experience in a medical office, patient care, or customer service role, preferably in a plastic surgery or aesthetic setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
