Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of preschool children.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages children's creativity and exploration.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience.
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to meet learning goals.
Skills:
- Proficiency in curriculum development for preschool-aged children.
- Experience working with students in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Ability to educate and engage young learners in various subjects including math, language, and science.
- Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized and productive learning environment.
- Knowledge of toddler care practices and techniques.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and carry
- Clear and effective communicator towards students, families and peers.
- Flexibility to modify activities to meet children at their various developmental milestones.

Must have:
- Successful completion of 12 ECE units including Child, Growth and Development, Home, School, and Community, Early Childhood Curriculum, and Health and Safety.

Montessori experience is a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
