ENCHANTED FOREST WATER SAFARI
Scope:
Amusement Ride Operators are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our amusement rides. Team Members are assigned at a specific ride each day (will vary from day to day). Team Members must remain focused & safety-conscious all day.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain and project a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Perform work safely in accordance with departmental safety procedures
- Communicate & enforce strict safety regulations which vary throughout each ride
- Must be comfortable interacting with a diverse group of people of all ages
- Must be willing to be standing & working outside all day in all weather conditions
- Assist guests on and off rides
- Operating controls & ensuring the safe operation of your ride
- Maintaining the cleanliness of your ride area
- Exhibit a friendly, cooperative and professional demeanor
- Must be patient, poised & able to cope with special situations
- Must be courteous & alert always
- The ability to learn quickly is very important
- Must be well groomed, self-disciplined and willing to comply with our uniform guidelines
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
- Must be impressed with the serious nature of the job & will be required to follow strict guidelines
