What you’ll do…

The Manager of Asset Management is responsible for ensuring accounts are operated, invoiced and maintained according to the contractual obligations. It is the Manager’s responsibility to keep the company organized regarding our commitments and interacting with various internal groups to produce results for ourselves and our customers. Obligations and commitments within contracts include, but are not limited to, financial and operational schedules, maintenance tasks, data reports, warranty, invoicing, pass-through expenses, capital expenditures, depreciation, profit sharing, leases, regulatory filings. This role will involve a lot of interaction and collaboration with other internal groups such as Legal, Structuring, Operations and Maintenance, and Accounting, to name a few.

You’ll make an impact by :

• Contract Review and Analysis : Thoroughly reviewing new and existing contracts to identify potential compliance issues with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Compliance Monitoring : Actively monitoring ongoing contracts to ensure all parties involved are fulfilling their contractual obligations and adhering to agreed-upon terms. If obligations are not met, driving process and collaboration to deliver the right result.
• Commercial Interaction : Commercial interaction with key customers, managing relationships and working toward “win-win” results.
• Risk Assessment : Proactively identifying potential compliance risks or unforeseen financial and operational constraints within contracts and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
• Reporting and Auditing : Conducting regular audits of contract compliance, generating comprehensive reports for senior management, and presenting findings on key performance indicators.
• Issue Resolution : Investigating and resolving any contract compliance concerns or disputes that may arise, collaborating with legal counsel when necessary.
• Policy Development : Contributing to the development and implementation of company-wide contract compliance policies and procedures.
• Organizational Enhancements : Setting up a system that organizes our obligations across our vast portfolio in a way that can be tracked from a project management schedule as well as visually in the forms of swim lane diagrams or other beneficial visual aids.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Director of Asset Management as needed.
