Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing as required.
- Provide carpet cleaning services to maintain the quality of carpets in the facility.
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas while adhering to safety protocols.
- Offer excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and feedback.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
