- Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and other labor laws.
- Lead program management initiatives to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of organization design principles and practices.
- Proficient in negotiating contracts and managing employee relations issues.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and regulations.
- Experience using HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce and Kronos.
- Demonstrated ability in training development and program management.
- In-depth understanding of FMLA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
