Hospice RN

We are seeking a full-time hospice RN who would like to join our hospice team!

Job Description:

• M-F, Dayshift (8 am-5 pm, with opportunities to work 8 am-3 pm)
• As a hospice Case Manager, you will provide patients and families education and support throughout the end-of-life process and address patient's physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• You will work closely with the hospice interdisciplinary team to create and implement a holistic plan of care congruent with the patient's and family's wishes, focusing on comfort, support and quality of life.
• Pay: Starting at $40/hour ($83,200 annually), with guaranteed minimum of 40 hours paid per week, even if you work less.

• BLS certification
• Preferred: 1 year nursing experience, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Preferred: Nurses with critical care or hospice backgrounds strongly encouraged to apply.
• Preferred: Nurses who are bilingual in English and Spanish strongly encouraged to apply.
