• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all menus and wine lists
• Take food and beverage orders in complete and timely fashion
• Serve guests and internal employees in established standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues that may arise
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Working Conditions:
This role requires working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment with frequent interaction with guests and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Availability to work varied shifts including AM and PM shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
