What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mii amo Pool Server position at Enchantment Group Management Company LLC?
Basic Function: Provide and facilitate excellent food and beverage service to our Guests in a welcoming, professional and expedient manner
Work Performed:
- Collect and set up any necessary equipment to perform job including all side-work
- Have complete knowledge of all menus and wine lists
- Operate InfoGenesis in proficient manner
- Assist Guests with menu selections, accurately record order, paying special attention to any special requests, correctly enter order into POS
- Explain all special orders and requests to kitchen culinary team
- Report any Guest dissatisfaction, mishandled order and opportunities to management in a timely manner
- Participate in wine sales programs
- Recognize Guests by name and use name at 3 times within an interaction. Record preferences for future use
- Assist Juice Bar attendant when available
- Keep Pool deck clean at all times following proper food safe standards
- Read all memos
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards Guests and co-workers
- Operate POS in a proficient manner
- Report to Restaurant Manager or Supervisor before ending work shift
- Act as an ambassador of Enchantment and Mii amo by speaking positively of the property at all times
- Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting coworkers and other departments as necessary to exceed our Guests expectations
- Have knowledge of Resort layout, amenities, hours of operations, special attractions and occasions
- Work efficiently and as a team
- Assist with training process for new staff and leads by example
- Communicates any staff and restaurant needs to Café Manager and Supervisor
- Advise Manager and Supervisor of any guest concerns, employee relations, operations, etc.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must work well with or without direct supervision. Must be neat and well groomed at all times. Needs to be flexible, self motivated, positive and have a professional attitude towards Guests, co-worker and management. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions. Must maintain current food handlers certification and attend TiPS training. Prior serving experience desired. English skills necessary to communicate with guests. Computer skills helpful.
