**Job Summary:**
Enchantment Resort, located in Boynton Canyon in Sedona, is seeking a Venue 1 AM Server to join our team. As a Venue 1 AM Server, you will be responsible for providing food and beverage service to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Arrive promptly at the scheduled start time in the appropriate uniform and ready for work.
- Ensure the uniform is neat and pressed for a professional appearance.
- Set up necessary equipment and perform all required side-work.
- Familiarize yourself with all menus and wine lists.
- Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Serve guests according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness at your work station.
- Stay updated by reading all memos and communicating effectively with the Restaurant Manager.
- Operate InfoGenesis software proficiently.
- Promote a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Act as an ambassador for Enchantment Resort by speaking positively about the resort.
- Foster teamwork and collaborate with coworkers and other departments to exceed guest expectations.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts.
