Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Receive and process shipments of merchandise
- Perform inventory control tasks, including stock replenishment and product rotation
- Use retail math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and provide change to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may be necessary to assist non-English speaking customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as needed
