Manager-Family Care & In Home

EnCircle helps people with developmental disabilities lead person centered and abundant lives. We have an immediate need for a full-time well-qualified Manager for group homes, sponsored residential and in-home services. This is a supervisory role; training and mentorship is provided!

Managers serve as the bridge between everyone involved in caring for an individual in need of services. Managers supervise direct caregiving staff and coordinate care with families, funding agencies, and protective regulations. Our Managers are the people who tie all these pieces together.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Five years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or one year experience with a bachelors in a human services field.
• Pass our paid training in CPR, First Aid and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
• Must be compassionate and caring.
• Some out of office availability for shared on call support to the team.
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM
