What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transportation Specialist position at EnCircle?
EnCircle's Transitional Foster Care program is seeking a Transportation Specialist to transport our clients in Richmond and surrounding counties / cities for approximately 25-30 hours per week. An agency vehicle will be provided. The primary responsibility of our Transportation Specialist is to provide transportation for children to and from our learning center for their daily education. The Transportation Specialist may also assist with field trips 1-2 times a month and may also be assigned clerical or other office related tasks as needed when not driving our clients.
This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements. This position reports to the office daily in person.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, REQUIREMENTS AND PREREQUISITES
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Clean driving record, with at least 5 years of driving experience.
- Must have an ability to provide excellent and compassionate customer service.
- Exercise a high level of confidentiality.
- Work well under pressure and adaptable to change.
- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
30-60-minute route depending on traffic and location of clients in Richmond and surrounding counties.
Morning shift 6AM to 9AM
