About the Role Construction Project Management Intern

Enclave has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Management Intern for our Construction team! Gain practical experience as you receive real-world training from experienced Project Managers and Superintendents. This position is available as a summer internship running from May - August or a Fall Co-op running from May - December.

Position Logistics

Primary Work Location : St. Louis Park, MN - Corporate Office
Work Environment : On-Site
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday | Standard Hours
Work Type : Internship (Full time hours with flexibility)

Position Responsibilities

Assist the project team in the completion of designated projects while focusing on learning construction industry processes, procedures, and Enclave business policies

Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders

Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety

We're Seeking Individuals Who Have :

Construction Knowledge : Has a general knowledge of construction project management, estimating techniques, and cost-control methods

Math Skills : Can perform mathematical calculations

Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Education : Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Pursuing Higher Education : Must be pursuing a certificate, associate, bachelor's or advanced degree in Construction
