Enclave is searching for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will be a strategic force within our organization. Position Logistics- Primary Work Location: West Fargo, ND Corporate Office
- Work Environment: On-Site
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | standard hours
- Work Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)
Talent Management
- Provide coaching and support to team members and managers, facilitating action and communication around career progression, performance evaluation and skill development.
- Partner with hiring managers to accurately identify talent needs, participate in talent evaluations, and ensure recruitment efforts align with workforce planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, offering guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employee relations issues with a focus on fairness and consistency, conducting investigations as necessary to work towards resolutions that mitigate risks and foster a positive work environment while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Support the development and implementation of a first-class team member lifecycle process, providing a roadmap for success that seamlessly integrates new hires into the organization.
- Champion the company's core values and culture, driving employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Strategic Partnering
- Partner with business and operational leaders to gain insights into their goals, challenges, and needs, translating and transferring that knowledge to create solutions that drive organizational success.
- Identify workforce needs and collaborate with talent acquisition and managers to define roles and responsibilities, managing strong job descriptions aligned with career paths.
- Support the preparation and presentation of content and reports that offer valuable insights on roadmap initiatives, organizational health, talent trends, and workforce metrics.
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Lead and support change initiatives by providing HR expertise to facilitate transitions and minimize disruptions.
- Create career development plans for talent in collaboration with managers, and partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) team to implement talent planning and leadership development programs.
- Engage in HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, driving effective change management, and cultivating a positive organizational culture.
- Proactively monitor organizational health and employee sentiment, addressing areas for improvement to enhance overall workplace effectiveness.
- A Passion for People: You’ve got at least 5 years of HR experience with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. You’ve built successful, meaningful partnerships with business leaders.
- Expertise: You know HR laws and best practices inside and out, and you're adept at using HRIS systems to drive results. You’re a great communicator with the ability to synthesize complex data and present it clearly.
- A Drive for Innovation: You are always looking for new ways to enhance processes and build a culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- Relevant Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, with an HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Proven track record of forging impactful partnerships with business leaders, leveraging HR expertise to inspire collaboration and influence decisions that drive organizational success.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring that our strategies not only comply but also lead the industry in fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for synthesizing data and insights effectively, presenting ideas clearly and persuasively, cultivating trust, and enhancing relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A passionate advocate for HR, driven by a commitment to continuous learning and innovation, consistently seeking out new ideas and best practices to enhance the department's effectiveness and contribute to a dynamic workplace culture
- Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS and the MS Office Suite
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and are only part of the total compensation package that also includes potential bonus', benefits, and other opportunities. In accordance with state laws, Enclave is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
