Eligible applicants must be currently in a master’s program in a counseling related field, or registered/licensed with the BBS in the state of California.
Encompass Community Services provides our Santa Cruz community – from San Lorenzo Valley to Watsonville – with nearly 40 health and human services programs that support youth and families, early childhood education, behavioral health, housing, and more. For nearly 50 years, our work has touched generations by helping people access education, rebuild relationships, restore their health and wellness, and regain dignity.
Clinicians will:
- Provide individual (adult and/or child), group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based practices
- Facilitate psychosocial assessments, including diagnosis, treatment and care coordination plans
- Maintain quality documentation of services and data collection
- Coordinate services with other mental health professionals and County agency employees
- Train in Evidence Based Practices by utilizing Encompass's client centered approach
