What does a Child Care Teacher at Encompass do?

The ideal child care teacher has (12:00 PM- 2:00 PM, 4:00pm-6:00PM):
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education preferred but not required
- A desire to provide the very best early education and child care for children
- Training provided for those passionate about early education!
Bus Driver Duties (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
- Safely transport children to and from needed locations.
- Ensure a secure and positive experience for children while on the bus.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Clean driving record; must be at least 21 years old.
