As an HR Generalist, you’ll work closely with the HR Director and leadership team to implement strategic HR initiatives that support our mission of providing high-quality early education and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Lead the hiring process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- HR Data & Analytics – Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Benefits Administration – Assist employees with benefit enrollment, communication, and provider coordination.
- Employee Engagement & Retention – Support initiatives that enhance professional development and workplace culture.
- HR Systems & Process Improvement – Leverage technology to streamline HR functions and enhance efficiency.
- Collaboration & HR Support – Partner with leadership on HR strategies and special projects.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred, with 2 years of HR experience required (recruitment, benefits, or analytics a plus).
- Certifications – HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Skills – Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, HR best practices, and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
