Are you looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a direct impact on children’s daily experiences? Encompass Early Education and Care is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Bus Driver & Food Service Associate . This unique role allows you to start and end your day ensuring the safe transportation of children while supporting meal preparation during the day.

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

Bus Driver Duties (7 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 AM & 2 : 00 PM - 4 : 00 PM)

Safely transport children to and from needed locations.

Ensure a secure and positive experience for children while on the bus.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Food Service Duties (9 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM)

Prepare and distribute nutritious meals and snacks to classrooms following USDA, DPI, DCF, and Encompass guidelines.

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

Communicate with the Director of Food Services and Center Director regarding menu changes and special dietary needs.

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Clean driving record; must be at least 21 years old.

Safety-minded, dependable, and enjoys working with children.

Basic food preparation and sanitation knowledge preferred.

Ability to lift 10-25 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
