Position Details :

Hours : Monday - Friday, 6 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM
Location : Rosebush Center, 1275 University Ave, Green Bay

Key Responsibilities :

Operate a safe and sanitary kitchen while preparing meals in compliance with USDA, DCF, DPI, and Encompass policies.

Prepare and distribute breakfast, lunch, and snacks to classrooms, ensuring adherence to nutritional guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all food safety standards are met.

Communicate effectively with the Director of Food Services and Center Director regarding menu changes, food quality, and special dietary needs.

What We’re Looking For :

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Basic computer skills for effective use of an iPad.

Must be at least 18 years old (as per Department of Children and Families licensing rules).

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift 10-25 pounds.

Stand for the majority of the shift; navigate stairs as necessary.

Bend and reach for food preparation and cleaning tasks.
