Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Clinical Educator/Employee Health Nurse located in Middletown, DE. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering clinical education programs to healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with clinical and hospital standards. The role also includes overseeing employee health programs, conducting health assessments, and promoting a healthy workplace environment. - Knowledge of Employee Health, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety
- Strong Organizational, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to conduct Health Assessments and Employee Health Screenings
- Proficiency in using Clinical and Hospital Information Systems
- Understanding of Healthcare Regulations and Compliance
- Registered Nurse (RN) license and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in a rehabilitation or hospital setting is a plus
