Your Responsibilities :
- Perform a range of nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Provide direct patient care while implementing care plans and monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
- Work with diverse patient diagnoses that include stroke, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, joint replacements, cardiac conditions, and more.
- Support patients in working toward their goals for discharge and reintegration into their lives and communities.
