Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify staffing effectiveness improvements
- Advise supervisors on any nursing schedule issues
- Maintain employee / contract / student files according to regulatory standards
- Schedule educational opportunities for nursing staff
- Under CNO supervision, coordinate and inform nursing staff of their assigned schedule
- Distribute nursing schedule in a timely manner
- Provide professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data
