Who We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated, confident communicators
- Open to relocating to Las Vegas or Elko (housing is 100% covered)
- Available May 1st through September 3rd
- Experience in sales (alarms, pest control, etc.) is a plus—but not required
- Students, hustlers, and high-energy go-getters who want to make serious money fast
Responsibilities:
- Canvassing and setting appointments with homeowners
- Presenting product demos and custom lighting proposals
- Educating clients on the benefits of permanent outdoor lighting
- Delivering detailed estimates and closing deals
- Representing Encompass Lighting with professionalism and energy
Details:
- Job Type: Full-time or part-time (summer commitment preferred)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday optional weekends
- Pay: $73,868 – $82,012 annually (commission-based, top performers earn more)
- Bonuses: Performance-based rewards and potential salary for top reps
