What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative position at Encompass Logistics?
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team! We are a growing logistics company conveniently located between St Cloud MN and Brainerd MN.
Excellent customer service skills, organization, and computer skills are a must. This person should be willing to grow within the company and be a team player.
*Starting salary will be based on experience*
- Answer phones and transfer calls
- Post loads onto a load board
- Build loads in our electronic system
- Track loads from pick up to delivery and send customer updates
- Contact potential customers
- Work with team to solve customer needs
- 4 Year Business Degree is a plus but not required.
