Med/Surg Nursing Position

We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg nurse to join our team at Encompass Rehab Hospital of Bowie.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a rehabilitation setting, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information

Requirements:

• Current Maryland state nursing license
• BLS certification
