The Job at a Glance
The VP Finance is responsible for developing and implementing financial processes and initiatives that support profitable growth. This leader will serve as a financial partner to our Group President, as well as Presidents and other leaders across the business. In addition to leading our accounting and FP&A team, including GL, AR, AP, Inventory, Sales Tax and forecasting and planning, this hands-on leader will provide financial expertise across all parts of the group.
You will develop partnerships with our leaders by providing them with operational financial guidance and advising them on P&L, working capital and cash management as well as actively participating in transformational projects within the group. Your days will be filled with accounting rigor, problem solving, process improvements, FP&A, and building / transforming the team to scale with our growth.
